Methods of Payment:   We currently accept VISA, MC, Discover and American Express along with PayPal. If you desire to use PayPal, let me know and I will submit an invoice to you for payment. Sorry, but personal checks and COD are not payment options at this time. For credit card options, please include the 3, or 4 digit CVV (Credit Card Verification) number present on the card of choice. See card image below for location of these numbers.

Shipping: The shipment of ordered decals will be by US Postal Service, First Class mail, unless other means are requested by the customer. The standard shipping and handling charge for decals that can be mailed in a standard #10 envelope, weight being under 1 ounce, will be $1.00 per order. Full sheets of decals will be placed in full sized envelopes to allow the insertion of stiffner sheets to protect the decal pages. The shipping costs for these will be the actual USPS rate plus $1.00 for the shipping materials.

Rush Orders:  Being a rodbuilder myself, (TightLineCustomRods.com) I understand the importance of having the proper materials on hand when you need them. But sometimes schedules sorta slip up on ya . . . and then you need decals in a hurry! 

To me, a rush job for the customer is when I receive the request, the order goes out the very next day the mail runs. I don’t believe it can be much faster than that. If you are requesting a RUSH job, please state this so I can adjust my schedule to meet your needs. If for some reason I can’t produce the order, whether it is a difficult and detailed new decal I have not created before, acts of God, or getting stuck at my other job for overtime, printing equipment failure, death, etc. . . I will notify the customer promptly and I will produce it at the next opportunity. But, every effort will be made to accommodate the customer’s wishes.

Now, for this extra effort, there will be a $10.00 fee for the RUSH part of the job in addition to the normal shipping charges. If the customer requests an upgraded shipping method from the standard first class method, this is also added in to the RUSH JOB costs.

Custom Decal Design Time Charges: If you are having me creat a decal from your sketches or other submitted artwork, the time is charged at the hourly rate of $35.00 with a minimum charge of $20.00 which gets you up to 30 minutes of design time. If I have to modify, add to or otherwise "work on" your existing artwork, you will be notified prior to starting work of any charges for the additional design time.
